Our Mission
The Animal Protection Center of Southeastern Massachusetts (APCSM) is a 501(c)(3) education and outreach animal shelter serving Plymouth, Norfolk, and Bristol counties. Since 2009, we've helped over 10,000 animals find their forever home.
At the APCSM, our mission is to create a more compassionate community by providing safe shelter, loving care, and second chances for animals in need. Through managed admissions, adoption services, and a strong focus on humane education and outreach, we work to prevent cruelty and promote lifelong bonds between people and animals.
